Laurel Dawson Libby is a Republican state representative for Maine House District 90, which includes the town of Minot and part of Auburn in Androscoggin County. She resides in Auburn, is married to John, and has five children and one grandchild. A former ICU nurse and current businesswoman, she founded Dawson Interiors, an interior decorating and real estate staging company. Libby was first elected to the Maine House of Representatives in November 2020 and has served three terms , winning re-election in 2022 and 2024 with 51.6% of the vote in the latter against Democrat Daniel Campbell.

• Political Experience: Serves on the Labor Committee, addressing issues like wage laws, working conditions, unemployment compensation, workers’ compensation, and labor relations. Currently in her third term as a member of the House Minority Office.
