Laura Williams is a Republican member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing District 30 since January 9, 2023. Born in Houston, she resides in Lenexa, Kansas, is married with two children, and owns Wilde Creative Company, a digital marketing agency. She previously ran for the seat in 2020 but lost to Democrat Brandon Woodard. A notable achievement includes introducing legislation in 2024 with Linda Featherston to eliminate patient out-of-pocket costs for medically necessary diagnostic MRIs, ultrasounds, and mammograms for breast cancer detection.
