Kyle Pierce is a Republican representative for House District 36 in the Indiana General Assembly, which includes a portion of Madison County. Elected in 2022, he is a pragmatic conservative focused on higher-paying jobs, individual liberties, education choice, government transparency, and streamlining state government. Born and raised in Central Indiana from a manufacturing and military family, he is the grandson of two lifetime General Motors employees. Pierce lives in Anderson with his wife and two children, working in the nonprofit sector.

  • Notable Achievements: Supported Indiana's largest tax cut packages saving $430 million and $100 million in property tax relief for homeowners; co-authored bill for healthcare cost transparency via Health Care Cost Oversight Task Force; co-sponsored mental health infrastructure expansion; promoted government streamlining for accountability. Named “20 under 40” Awardee by Madison County Chamber of Commerce.
