Biography

Kyle Hall is a Republican representative serving North Carolina's 91st House District, which includes all of Stokes County and part of Rockingham County. Born on September 5, 1990, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, he is a businessman, realtor, and politician who has held the seat since his appointment on November 23, 2015, by Governor Pat McCrory, followed by elections in 2016, 2018, and subsequent terms through the 2025-2026 session. Notable achievements include serving as Vice-Chairman of the House Appropriations Committee and Chairman of the Agriculture, National and Economic Resources Appropriations Committee, as well as co-chair of the North Carolina Future Caucus. He advocates for limited government, family values, and personal responsibility.

Education and Political Experience

  • Education: Earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; born and raised in Stokes County as the son of educators and a product of North Carolina's public schools.
