Biography
Kristi Mathieson is a Democratic representative for House District 151 in Maine, serving the town of Kittery . She is a licensed dietitian and co-owner of the New Hampshire Natural Health Clinic, with a career focused on integrative health practices. Married to Thad Ackerman with one child, she has been active in community service, including as board chair of the Kittery Community Center and volunteer roles with the Women and Children’s Homeless Shelter, Footprints Food Pantry, Kittery Proficiency-Based Learning Committee, and Kittery Diversity and Inclusion Committee. A notable achievement is her role as Chair of the Health Coverage, Insurance and Financial Services Committee, overseeing areas like banking, consumer credit, mortgage lending, and student loan servicing.
