Kirk Talbot is a Republican Louisiana State Senator representing District 10, which includes Kenner, Harahan, River Ridge, and portions of Metairie in Jefferson Parish. Born on November 18, 1969, he was elected to the Senate in 2019 after serving 12 years as State Representative for House District 78, and is eligible to serve through the 2028-2032 term.
