Kim L. Ross is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 8 in Baltimore County. She has served as a state delegate since March 3, 2025. Ross was recognized as one of Maryland's Top 100 Women by the Daily Record in 2024.
Education
Ross holds degrees from three institutions:
