Biography
Kimberly Poore Moser is a Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing District 64 since January 2017. A retired NICU and flight nurse from Taylor Mill, Kentucky, she is Catholic, married to Neal with five grown sons and four grandchildren. Moser has focused extensively on addiction policy, criminal justice reform, and healthcare, sponsoring key legislation like HB 353 in 2023 to legalize fentanyl testing strips as non-drug paraphernalia. She chairs the House Standing Committee on Health Services and has received numerous awards, including the Patrick J. Kennedy Outstanding Advocate Award , Kentucky Medical Association Leadership Award , and Kentucky Chamber of Commerce MVP Award . In 2024, she won reelection with 66.1% of the vote.
