Biography
Kim Holloway is a Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives representing District 2, which includes Graves County and part of McCracken County. Born on November 4, 1978, in Paducah, Kentucky, she assumed office on January 1, 2025, after winning the 2024 Republican primary with 52.2% of the vote against incumbent Richard Heath and running unopposed in the general election. She owns Holloway Farm in Mayfield, Kentucky, and is a member of the Christian Church of Christ. Holloway briefly switched from Republican to Libertarian Party registration in 2020 in protest of government overreach during the COVID-19 pandemic before returning to the Republican Party by 2022.
