Kim Hicks is an American politician and member of the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party *. She represents *District 25A in the Minnesota House of Representatives, covering northern parts of Rochester and portions of Olmsted County in southeastern Minnesota. Elected in 2022 to an open seat following redistricting, she is currently in her second term and works in human services. Hicks is married to spouse LaMar and has eight children. Her family moved to Rochester when she was a child; she was diagnosed with ADHD in fourth grade after initial testing for dyslexia.
Education and Political Experience
- Education: Graduated from Rochester Public Schools; earned a B.A. in education from Winona State University.
