Biography

Kimberly N. Ferguson is a Republican State Representative for the 1st Worcester District in Massachusetts, which includes the towns of Holden, Paxton, Princeton, Rutland, and Westminster. First elected in November 2010, she is currently serving her eighth term and holds the position of First Assistant Minority Leader in the House. Notable achievements include her role in passing the Student Opportunity Act after serving as Ranking Member on the Joint Committee on Education for ten years, leadership on the Joint Committee on Ways and Means, and co-chairing the MA Brain Injury Commission. She recently won re-election in 2024 with 70% of the vote.
