Biography

Kim Carver is a Republican serving as State Representative for District 89 in the Louisiana House of Representatives, representing parts of St. Tammany Parish. He has been in office since January 8, 2024, after being elected in November 2023, and is eligible to serve through 2032. A banker by occupation and longtime resident of Mandeville, Louisiana, Carver is a conservative leader with over 20 years of experience supporting local businesses and community organizations.
