Kevin John Olickal is a Democratic member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing the 16th District, which includes Skokie, Lincolnwood, and Chicago neighborhoods such as West Ridge, West Rogers Park, Andersonville, Arcadia Terrace, and Little India.
