Biography
Kevin Bailey Hornberger is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 35B . First elected in 2014, he served District 35A from 2015 to 2023 before transitioning to 35B in 2023. He serves as Deputy Minority Whip , House Chair of the Cecil County Delegation , and Chair of the Maryland Legislative Sportsmen's Caucus . Notable achievements include sponsoring 38 bills that passed into law, delivering capital budget items for Cecil County, and advocating for special elections to fill General Assembly vacancies . He has campaigned on tax cuts, supported COVID-19 business tax refunds in 2021, and voted for county bracket-based income taxes.
