Kevin Bailey Hornberger is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 35B . First elected in 2014, he served District 35A from 2015 to 2023 before transitioning to 35B in 2023. He serves as Deputy Minority Whip , House Chair of the Cecil County Delegation , and Chair of the Maryland Legislative Sportsmen's Caucus .
