Kenneth W. Goslant is a Republican representing Washington-1 in the Vermont House of Representatives since 2019. Born in St. Johnsbury, Vermont, he moved to Northfield in Washington County in 1973, where he has been active in community service for over 35 years. He owns and serves as president of Goslant Granite Company, founded in 1989. Goslant is married to Maureen and has a son Matt, daughter Stefanie, stepson Alex, stepdaughter Elizabeth , and four granddaughters. Notable achievements include serving 10 years on the Northfield Selectboard , the last two as chair; involvement in town subcommittees on highway planning, water/sewer, electric, economic development, labor, and recreation; search committees for police chiefs and town manager; coaching and umpiring Little League Baseball; former president of the Northfield Amateur Hockey Association; and founder/coach of Norwich University Women's Club Hockey. He serves as Clerk on the House Committee on Judiciary, and on the Canvassing Committee and Judicial Nominating Board.
