Kelly Palmer Skidmore is a Democrat representing Florida House District 92 in Palm Beach County, including the Boca Raton area. She serves as Minority Policy Chair and was first elected to the House in 2006, serving until 2010, then reelected in 2020 with terms lasting until 2028.

A Catholic and CEO by occupation, she moved to Florida in 1972, is married to Raymond "Ray" from London, Ontario, Canada, and has one daughter, MaryAlice. Notable achievements include combating pain clinic abuses by sponsoring legislation for a statewide prescription pain medicine database and proposing bans on felons operating clinics plus limits on painkiller prescriptions.
