Keith Brooks is a Republican state representative serving District 78 in the Arkansas House of Representatives, covering portions of Pulaski, Perry, and Saline Counties. A native Arkansan from Little Rock, he owns an insurance agency and is married to Jenny with three children: Hanna, Ethan, and Luke. He is a Christian and identifies as a limited-government conservative.

Notable achievements include chairing the House Education Committee in the 95th General Assembly and serving on committees for Aging, Children and Youth, Legislative, and Military Affairs. He has championed the LEARNS Act to strengthen student literacy by adding 120 literacy coaches, supported historic teacher salary increases, backed millions in income tax cuts, and advanced the Protect Act to keep violent offenders off streets.

• Political Experience: First elected in 2020; served District 31 , now District 78 . Previously Vice-Chair of Education Committee; member of Advanced Communications and Information Technology Committee.
