Keith Allen is a Republican state representative for Minnesota House District 19A, elected in 2024 and serving since 2025. Born on July 27, 1977, in Rochester, Minnesota, he resides in Cherry Grove Township in Goodhue County with his wife Morgan and two children . A farmer and business owner in agriculture for over two decades, he previously served as Cherry Grove Township Supervisor and held roles including District Representative for Congressman Brad Finstad, member of Minnesota Agriculture and Rural Leadership Class 8, Minnesota Farm Bureau board of directors, Goodhue County Board of Adjustment, and Dale Lutheran Church Board President. He is a member of the National Federation of Independent Business , National Rifle Association , and Goodhue County Republican Party. Notable achievements include winning the 2024 general election for HD 19A with 64.59% of the vote . Current committee assignments: Commerce Finance and Policy, Capital Investment, Higher Education Finance and Policy, and Rules and Legislative Administration.
