Biography of Representative Kathy Frelich
Kathy Frelich is an American politician serving in the North Dakota House of Representatives representing District 15, which includes Devils Lake and Ramsey County. She is a member of the Republican Party.
Education and Background
Frelich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources and Social Services. She is married to Mike and has three children. She resides in Devils Lake, North Dakota.
Political Experience
Frelich has served in the House of Representatives since 2023. Prior to her legislative role, she worked as a NDSD Hearing Outreach Specialist.
