Kathleen A. Fogarty represents District 35 in the Rhode Island House of Representatives, covering South Kingstown. Born on July 29, 1965, she has served since her first election in November 2014 and resides in South Kingstown with her husband Brendan and two children, Brendan Jr. and Lauren.
