Karen Grindberg
Karen Grindberg is an American politician serving as a Republican member of the North Dakota House of Representatives for District 41. She is a long-time resident of District 41 and was unanimously appointed to her state house seat, which became active on December 1, 2024. She is married to Tony and has three children.

Karen Grindberg holds a *Bachelor of Science * degree.
Political Experience
Grindberg serves in the 69th Legislative Assembly of the North Dakota House of Representatives. In the 2025 legislative session, she voted in support of pro-education and public service policies 66% of the time, including voting to lower the number of years required for teachers to meet certain requirements. Her legislative work includes sponsoring various bills during her tenure in the state house.
