Justin Sparks is a Republican representing District 110 in the Missouri House of Representatives, covering part of St. Louis County. Elected to his first two-year term in November 2022, he previously served nearly 15 years with the St. Louis County Police Department, including as a supervisor in the Special Response Unit, an operator in the Tactical Operations Unit , and a Deputized United States Marshal in the Eastern District of Missouri, where he supervised high-risk fugitive apprehension operations. Born in St. Louis, he resides in Wildwood with his wife and six children, and they attend Grace Church.

• Education: Graduate of Granite City High School; attended Oral Roberts University and Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville.
