Justin Holland

Position: Former State Representative

Justin Aldred Holland was born on March 15, 1984, and is a Rockwall County native and 2002 Rockwall High School graduate. He is a licensed real estate broker and co-owner of Regal Realtors in Rockwall, described as the longest-standing and largest independent real estate firm in the county.

Political Experience

Holland served five years on the City of Heath City Council from 2011 to 2016 before being elected to the Texas House of Representatives in 2016. He was sworn in for his first term in 2017 and subsequently elected to a second term in January 2019.

During his tenure in the Texas House, Holland served on multiple committees including State Affairs, Homeland Security and Public Safety, Investments and Financial Services, and Culture, Recreation and Tourism. He held the position of past Vice Chair of the Texas House Republican Caucus and served as both a member of the Republican Caucus Policy Committee and as a Caucus Floor Leader.

Holland's legislative work encompassed over 20 bills sent to Governor Abbott's desk across topics ranging from public safety, banking, judiciary, electricity deregulation, law enforcement, and opioid crisis management. He has maintained a conservative voting record, including votes to defund Planned Parenthood in Texas and held a 100% pro-life voting record according to Texas Right to Life.
