Biography

Justin David Eichorn is a former American politician and Republican who served in the Minnesota Senate from 2017 to 2025, representing District 5 and District 6 in northern Minnesota counties including Beltrami, Cass, Crow Wing, Hubbard, and Itasca. A resident of Grand Rapids, he worked as an entrepreneur in business management and was the third generation at his family's outdoor store. He resigned on March 20, 2025, amid a federal criminal charge for attempted coercion and enticement of a minor following a March 17 sting operation arrest in Bloomington. He has pleaded not guilty, with a trial set for March 30, 2026, and sought dismissal of charges.

Education and Political Experience

Limited public details exist on formal education. Eichorn ran unsuccessfully for Minnesota House District 5B in 2014, losing to incumbent Tom Anzelc.
