Julie Willoughby is a Republican member of the Arizona House of Representatives, representing District 13 , appointed in May 2023 and re-elected in 2024.

Julie Willoughby is a Christian, wife to Brice, mother of two children, and resident of Chandler, Arizona. She serves as an ER trauma nurse with extensive healthcare experience, including roles as Chief Nursing Officer at Exceptional Healthcare Incorporated and Trauma Emergency Room Nurse at HonorHealth . She is also Board President of her local homeowner's association. Notable achievements include her 2024 re-election alongside Jeff Weninger after being appointed to replace expelled Rep. Liz Harris; she was selected by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors from three Republican candidates. Willoughby appeared in a 2024 political ad for Preserve America PAC criticizing border policies.
