Judy Lee is a Republican senator representing District 13 in the North Dakota State Senate, based in West Fargo. Born on March 7, 1942, in Redding, California, she is a widow with two children and three grandchildren. A retired real estate broker, she has served in the Senate since 1995 and held the position of President Pro Tempore in 2007.
