Juan Ciscomani is a Republican representative for Arizona's 6th Congressional District in the United States House of Representatives, serving since 2022 after his election and reelection in 2024. Born in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, he immigrated to the U.S. as a young boy with his family, who settled in Tucson, Arizona, where his father worked as a bus driver. He is the first naturalized American citizen from Mexico elected to the U.S. House from Arizona and was named Arizona's most bipartisan House member in 2024 by the Lugar Center and Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy. Ciscomani serves on the House Appropriations Committee and the Veterans' Affairs Committee. He resides in Tucson with his wife, Laura, and their six children: Zoe, Juan David, Kenny, Lily, Lucas, and Gloria.
