Biography
Josh Jensen is an American politician born on November 3, 1988, serving as the New York State Assembly member for District 134 since January 6, 2021, after his election on November 3, 2020. A lifelong resident of the district in Monroe County, which includes the towns of Greece, Ogden, and Parma, and the villages of Hilton and Spencerport, he lives in Greece with his wife Casey, children Brendan and Margot, and their rescue dog Ruby. Jensen previously served on the Town of Greece Board , where he supported tax reductions, infrastructure improvements, law enforcement, and better resident services. Notable achievements include being named Ranking Minority Member of the Assembly Health Committee , recognition in City & State Magazine's 2024 Health Care Power 100 for advocating interstate nurse licensing and early intervention for children, and vice-chair of the Minority Joint Conference Committee.
