Biography
Josh Bashline is a Republican representative for the 63rd District of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, serving since his election in 2024. A resident of Clarion Township, he represents all of Clarion County and parts of Armstrong County. As a 12-year veteran of the Pennsylvania National Guard, he was deployed overseas and served at local, state, and federal levels, earning multiple awards and commendations. He is a strong advocate for Second Amendment rights, family-sustaining jobs, border security, American energy independence, election integrity via voter ID, and parental control in education. For the 2025-2026 session, he serves on the Environmental & Natural Resource Protection, Housing & Community Development, Human Services, and Veterans Affairs & Emergency Preparedness committees.
Education and Political Experience
Bashline graduated from Edinboro University and completed the Dale Carnegie Leadership Development Program. Prior to his election, he worked as a district office manager for a state House member. He began his legislative service in 2024 as a first-term representative.
