Joseph J. Solomon Jr. is a Democratic member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, representing District 22 in Warwick, where he has lived his entire life. First elected in November 2014 and reelected in 2024 with 56.9% of the vote, he is the son of former Warwick mayor Joseph J. Solomon Sr. and serves as chair of the House Corporations Committee, with membership on the House Oversight and House Veterans' Affairs Committees. An attorney with nearly two decades of experience, he is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, the District of Columbia, and several federal courts.
