Jonathon McMillan was born in Sacramento, CA. He attended public schools and graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1997. Jonathon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California State University, Sacramento in 2001. After college, Jonathon worked in the hospitality industry as a front desk agent and night auditor. In 2008, he founded a dog walking business serving midtown Sacramento.
