John Potucek is a Republican state representative serving Rockingham 13 in the New Hampshire House of Representatives. He has held this seat since December 7, 2022, with his current term ending December 4, 2024, and previously represented Rockingham 6 from 2014 to 2016, as well as serving since 2018. Notable achievements include sponsoring legislation establishing decentralized autonomous organizations as legal entities in New Hampshire, which became law, and active committee service such as Vice-Chair of the Commerce and Consumer Affairs Committee.
