Senator John Lovick
Democratic Party member representing the 44th Legislative District in Washington State Senate . Appointed in December 2021 to replace Steve Hobbs; won full term in 2022 with over 58% of the vote. Notable achievements include sponsoring the Primary Seat Belt Law , creating the Auto Theft Prevention Authority, and making Pickleball Washington's official sport in 2022.
Johnny Ray Lovick is a career public servant, law enforcement officer, and one of Washington's most successful African American politicians.
