John Michael Frullo is a Republican who represented District 84 in the Texas House of Representatives from 2011 to 2023, covering most of central Lubbock. A businessman and certified public accountant , he owned Midtown Printing and Graphics, Inc., a commercial printing, design, and advertising company in Lubbock, after purchasing the business in 1993. He previously worked auditing government entities and businesses. Frullo has two adult sons and is affiliated with organizations including Lakeridge United Methodist Church, National Rifle Association, Sales Executive Association of Lubbock, and Texas Bighorn Society.

Education and Political Experience

• Education: Earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Wyoming in 1984.
• Political Experience: First elected in 2010, succeeding Carl Isett, and served six terms until January 1, 2023. Served on committees including Higher Education, Culture, Recreation & Tourism, International Relations & Economic Development, State Affairs, Insurance, and Calendars.
