Biography
John R. Cloutier is a Democratic member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Sullivan 6 since 2022. Previously, he served District Sullivan 10 from 1992 to 2022, marking over 30 years in the state legislature. Notable achievements include serving as former Chair of the Public Works and Highways Committee, Chair of the House Delegation for Sullivan County , and recipient of the Peter Hoe Burling Legislative Award in 2009. He also holds positions as Secretary of the New Hampshire Community Federal Credit Union Board of Directors and Treasurer/Vice President of the Friends of the Fiske Free Library . Cloutier works as a private security officer and substitute teacher.
