John R. Bell IV is a Republican representing District 10 in the North Carolina House of Representatives, which includes Wayne, Greene, and Johnston counties. A native of Mount Olive, NC, he was first elected in 2013 and is currently serving his seventh term as of the 2025-2026 session.
