Joseph William McGonagle, Jr. is a Democratic member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, representing the 28th Middlesex district, which includes Everett, Massachusetts. A lifelong Everett resident and third-generation public servant, he was elected state representative in 2014 after serving as an Everett City Councilor-at-Large and Alderman, where he was twice elected President of the Board of Aldermen. He is president of J & M Build Corp. and focuses on securing funding for Everett in transportation, economic development, education, substance abuse prevention, and homeownership.
