Joe Luneau is a Republican representative for Franklin-3 in the Vermont House of Representatives, serving since 2025 and representing Wards 1-4 in St. Albans City. A lifelong resident of St. Albans City, he grew up there, worked in his family's automotive dealerships since childhood, and lives with his two sons. Notable roles include President of the St. Albans Museum, member of the St. Albans City Board of Civil Authority, and citizen member of the Vermont Historical Preservation Advisory Council . He previously served as President of the St. Albans City Council and Chair of the Development Review Board.
