Biography
Joe Carey Ellington Jr., born on May 12, 1959, in Flushing, Queens, New York, is a Republican member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 38. He has served in the House since 2010, initially representing District 25, then District 27, and currently District 38.
In addition to his legislative duties, Ellington is a practicing obstetrician-gynecologist in Princeton, West Virginia. He is affiliated with Princeton Community Hospital and has been in medical practice since 1991.
