Jim Snodgrass is a Democratic member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Merrimack 28. He has served in this role since 2024 and resides in Concord, New Hampshire. Married with six children, Snodgrass was born in April 1949. A notable achievement is his recognition as 2021 Citizen of the Year for his foundational work in education access. He founded and served as Executive Director of Second Start, a nonprofit providing educational opportunities, for 48 years until retirement.
