The bill allows for the public disclosure of this data through the Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"). The bill provides for the maintenance of Public Election Related Information and Data including cast vote records, also known as "CVRs." The bill provides for restrictions of certain electronic software voting systems and contingent hand counting procedures. Finally, the bill provides for the random physical inspection of electronic voting systems.
