Jill Cohenour is a Democratic member of the Montana House of Representatives, currently representing District 83 in the East Helena area. A long-time resident of East Helena where she raised her family, she was born in Havre, Montana, and is a scientist working at the Montana State Environmental Laboratory in Helena, testing water supplies and environmental samples for harmful chemicals. Notable achievements include serving as Minority Leader in the Montana Senate from 2021 to 2023, and her extensive legislative experience advocating for property taxes, housing affordability, education, and water quality.
