Jessica E. Miranda is a Democratic politician, businesswoman, and mother of three daughters from Forest Park in Southwest Ohio. Born on August 23, 1986, in Hamilton, Ohio, she is married to Jose I. Miranda and owns Fiesta Insurance, where she serves as a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Broker and tax professional since 2011. A lifelong Ohio resident, she previously represented Ohio House District 28 from 2019 to 2024, serving as House Minority Whip in her second term until her resignation on April 13, 2024. She now serves as Hamilton County Auditor, appointed shortly after her resignation.

Notable achievements include co-founding the Ohio Gun Violence Prevention Caucus, co-sponsoring HB 161 , sponsoring the Ohio Equal Pay Act, and advocating for gun safety, public school counselors, and veterans' suicide prevention. She is a member of the Ohio Business First Caucus and received the 2014 Forest Park Business Recognition award.
