Jerry Carl represented Alabama's 1st Congressional District in the United States House of Representatives from 2021 to 2025. Born June 17, 1958, in Mobile, Alabama, he is a businessman who started over ten companies in real estate, healthcare, timber, and manufacturing, bringing more than 40 years of experience. A conservative Republican, he championed Second Amendment rights, border security, fiscal responsibility, military support, and infrastructure while opposing abortion expansion, Obamacare, and gun restrictions. He lost his seat in the 2024 election to Barry Moore due to redistricting.
