Jeremy P. Stine is a Republican member of the Louisiana State Senate representing District 27 . A businessman from Lake Charles, he serves as Senate Majority Leader and Chair of the Louisiana Republican Legislative Delegation. He was first elected in November 2021 and is eligible to serve through the 2028-2032 term. Stine is Marketing Director for his family's Stine Lumber business in Sulphur, Louisiana, overseeing strategy for a company with over 850 employees and $300 million in revenue.
