Biography
Jeremy Haroldson is a Republican member of the Wyoming House of Representatives, representing District 4 since January 2021. He serves as Speaker Pro Tempore and is a founding member and Vice Chairman of the Wyoming Freedom Caucus. Notable achievements include sponsoring legislation to close Wyoming’s primary elections and repeal most gun-free zones . He also chairs the Platte County Chamber of Commerce and leads Impact Ministries, a Pentecostal church.
Education and Political Experience
- Education: Born and raised in Platte County, Haroldson worked as a diesel mechanic at Lock Trucking, earned a degree in Power Plant Technology, and later obtained a Journeyman Mechanics Certification through an apprenticeship at Laramie River Station.
- Political Experience: Defeated incumbent Dan Kirkbride in the 2020 Republican primary and won the general election unopposed; serves on the House Committee on Management Council, House Committee on Appropriations, and previously championed bills on election integrity and gun rights. Married to Lori Lock with two children.
