Jennifer White Holland is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 10 in Baltimore County. Elected in 2022, she serves alongside House Speaker Adrienne Jones and brings extensive public health expertise to her role. Born April 21, 1988, in Detroit, Michigan, she is a resident of Owings Mills/Randallstown, a public health professional, and advocate for health and environmental justice. Notable achievements include sponsoring the Maryland Maternal Health Act of 2024, lauded nationally and highlighted at the 2024 Black Maternal Health Summit; co-sponsoring legislation to expand the Maryland Prescription Drug Affordability Board's authority; and awards such as Daily Record's "20 in Their Twenties" , "Leading Women" , "Top 100 Women" , and Public Health Hero . She serves as vice president of the Women’s Legislative Caucus, member of the Black Caucus of Maryland, Baltimore County Board of Health , and Advisory Committee of the Johns Hopkins Center of Excellence in Maternal and Child Health. Married to Corey Holland since 2023, she became a mother to daughter Ryleigh in 2025.
