Biography
Jennifer Gross is a Republican member of the Ohio House of Representatives, representing District 45, which includes West Chester Township, Ross Township, Morgan Township, and Fairfield City. Born Jennifer Lynn Sherwood Gross on June 7, 1964, she is a former nurse and 21-year Air Force veteran who retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2008 after serving in Saudi Arabia during Operation Provide Comfort and in Sarajevo during Operation Provide Promise. She is married to Chris Gross and has two sons, residing in West Chester, Ohio. Currently in her third term, she serves as Chairwoman of the House Medicaid Committee and is a member of the House Community Revitalization, Government Oversight, Health committees, and the Joint Medicaid Oversight Committee. Notable positions include strong support for businesses, protection of the unborn, Second Amendment rights , and Ohioans' constitutional freedoms. She is a member of the American Legion Post 681, VFW Post 7696 , National Rifle Association, and Butler County Republican Party.
