Biography
Jeffrey R. Graham is a Democratic state senator representing District 35 in South Carolina, which covers Kershaw, Lee, Richland, and Sumter Counties. Born on May 14, 1982, in Camden, he is a realtor by occupation, married to Sara since June 18, 2005, with two children, Edwards and Bailey. Notable achievements include serving as Mayor of Camden from 2008 to 2012, Camden City Council member from 2014 to 2024, President of the Association of South Carolina Mayors, and involvement with the Kershaw County Chamber of Commerce and the Democratic Party as former chair and treasurer. He assumed office in the South Carolina Senate in 2025 after defeating Republican Mike Jones in the November 5, 2024, general election with 25,284 votes, following a win in the Democratic primary.
