Biography
Jeff Wilson is a Republican state senator representing Washington's 19th Legislative District, which includes areas like Longview, Kelso, and parts of southwest Washington. Elected in 2020 and taking office in January 2021, he serves as a Port of Longview commissioner, advocating for job creation, economic prosperity, tax reduction, and transparent government. A Longview resident since age 10, he is a businessman who founded companies including JONCO Sanitation, Cowlitz Clean Sweep, TPI Portable Sanitation, Tamco Unlimited, and Lower Columbia DUKW Adventures, and co-founded Healthworks Northwest. He and his wife Trisha, with whom he has two grown children, have received honors like the "key to the city" of Longview for community volunteerism, including restoring the Shay Locomotive.
